Introduction:

The adventure begins, as your last one ends: in a treasure hoard, a secret hut, or the kings vault. A gnarled staff lie among the treasure; beckoning you to touch it. Once touched; purple lightning fills the room. All blackens: the party is consumed into the purple crystal atop The Eldritch Staff.

Work towards escaping this crystalline prison:

• Wade through the Sludge of Sorrow, climb the trees in the Shimmering Forest, and dodge the raining crystal shards in the Geyser Plains.
• Evade Crystal Guardians as you move through the crystalline landscapes; bathed in fluttering light from the Magic Maelstrom within the walls.
• Meet other slowly-crystallising adventurers sharing the same ill fate as yours.
• Search for: the missing piece for the Door of Shards, the nest of the elusive Hiddenite Bird, or hidden Cracks in the crystal walls.
  
• All this while being infected with the Crystal Infection: slowly crystallising your body. Can you make it to The Spirit within the crystal, before it's too late?
• All this and much more – all packed into four a5 pages!
